Mijos Coffee sits on Wazee St in that stretch of RiNo where warehouses keep turning into something new. This is a neighborhood shop that actually feels like one. The coffee is dialed in, the space is clean and bright without trying too hard, and the people behind the counter remember your order by the second visit. It's the kind of spot you post up at with a laptop for a few hours, or duck into on a run club cooldown for an oat milk latte. Not fussy, not pretentious, just solid coffee and a good place to sit. Five stars across almost 60 reviews isn't nothing in a city with this many coffee shops. If you want a reliable morning stop before a sauna session or a slow Saturday read, Mijos earns the trip.
