FTW is the downtown spot you hit when you want a night out that doesn't take itself too seriously. Think darts, foosball, shuffleboard, and a bar staff that keeps the energy up without making you wait forever for a drink. It sits right on the 16th St Mall, so it's an easy meetup point before a show or after work drinks that turn into three hours you didn't plan on. The crowd skews young and social, lots of group birthdays, first dates that need a backup activity, and coworkers blowing off steam. It gets loud and a little chaotic on weekends, which is kind of the point. Not a place for a quiet conversation, but great if you want to actually do something while you drink instead of just sitting at a table.
