HOTWORX in LoHi is for people who want their workout and their sauna session in one shot, no extra hour added to the day. You step into a private infrared sauna pod and run through a 30 minute virtual class, hot yoga, hot pilates, hot cycle, or hot buns and bands style strength work, while the heat does its own thing on your sweat glands and recovery. It's self-paced, low on small talk, and built for people who want results without a ton of ceremony. The LoHi crowd here skews busy: early morning regulars squeezing in a session before work, folks stacking recovery on top of training, people who just like sweating more than they like talking. If you're sauna-curious and want it paired with actual movement instead of just sitting there, this is an easy one to try.
