Sundrop Pilates sits on a quiet stretch of W 20th Ave in Villa Park, and the 5 star rating from 80 reviews isn't an accident. This is reformer pilates done right: small classes, hands on instructors, and a studio that actually makes you want to show up at 6am. The vibe is warm and sunlit, not sterile and intimidating. Instructors know your name and your weird shoulder issue by your third class. You'll find a mix of pilates veterans and total beginners who got talked into their first class by a friend and never left. It's a solid pick if you want strength work that doesn't beat up your joints, or if your running and lifting routine needs a core focused reset. Expect to sweat quietly and leave feeling taller.
