Yoga on the Rocks

There are sunrise workouts, and then there is flowing through a vinyasa with 2,000 strangers as the sun comes up over Red Rocks. Sessions sell out in minutes, run $23 individually or $138 for a six-pack, and the post-class Vendor Village makes a morning of it.

2026 brings 12 Saturday sessions from May 30 through August 29, 7 to 8 am. Doors open at 6 am. Different yoga studios present each session, with two bilingual classes on the schedule.

What to Expect

One-hour all-levels vinyasa on the amphitheatre stage and stones. Doors at 6 am, class at 7. Brunch available at Ship Rock Grille after.

Plan Your Night

Leave Denver no later than 5:30 am, the lots fill fast and the walk up is real. Bring your own mat. Layers - it starts cold and warms quickly. Sunglasses for the climb back to the car.
