Neighborhood Spotlight: RiNo, Denver (October 2026)

Where to actually eat, drink, and hang out in RiNo right now, plus what's on the calendar there in the next two weeks.

RiNo is the neighborhood where exposed brick buildings turned into galleries, breweries turned into daytime hangouts, and every block has at least one mural you'll stop to photograph. It's loud in the best way: live music spilling out of patios, dogs everywhere, people walking to five different breweries without ever getting in a car. If you want a day that's part workout, part shopping, part treating yourself, and part just wandering around looking at art, this is where you go.

Saturday here works whether you're trying to sweat first and relax later, or just skip straight to the relaxing part. Either way, you'll end up somewhere with a drink in your hand by 4pm.

The Spots

Jetset Pilates - RiNo has a perfect 5/5 from 76 reviews, so book the reformer class before you talk yourself out of it.

Wynkoop Athletics is a 5/5 strength gym (62 reviews) where the coaches actually coach and people stick around after class to talk, not just grab their bags and bolt.

Jupiter & Jo pulls a 5/5 from 42 reviews and the staff will remember your name by your second visit, which is rare for a boutique this good.

Intune Wellness sits at 5/5 across 77 reviews for breathwork and sound healing that genuinely brings your nervous system down a notch, not just a nice idea on paper.

Fight Gravity Fitness has 122 reviews at a full 5/5, and the coaches know your actual goals, not just your membership number.

The Luxe Room has racked up 157 reviews at 5/5 for facials and injectables that feel more spa day than doctor's office.

Sandbox VR sits at 5/5 from 237 reviews, and yes, strapping on a headset with your friends sounds dumb until you're actually doing it and screaming.

FTF GOODS holds a 5/5 across 50 reviews if you need a shopping stop that isn't a chain store.

Forth rounds out the shopping run at 5/5 (55 reviews), easy to pop into for twenty minutes or get stuck in for two hours.

Oakwell Beer Spa Denver is sitting at 4.9/5 with nearly 3,000 reviews, and yes, you're actually soaking in beer. Denver's only spot for it.

On the Calendar

Old School Cool Vintage Markets, October 2nd at RiNo Art District. Dig through racks of actual vintage instead of scrolling for it.

Art RiNo Festival, October 3rd at 1pm, RiNo ArtPark (1900 35th St). A full afternoon of art, makers, and the kind of people-watching that makes RiNo what it is.

Moe Gram Mural Dedication, October 3rd at 12:45pm, RiNo ArtPark. Watch a new piece get officially unveiled before the festival crowd shows up.

Beers Made By Walking, October 4th, location TBA in RiNo Art District. Brewers walk the neighborhood for inspiration, then make beer from what they find. Worth tracking down.

Odell Brewing Run Club - Monday Run, October 5th at 6:30pm, Odell Brewing RiNo (2945 Larimer St). Run first, beer after, obviously.

Denver Run Club - Tuesday Social Run, October 6th at 6pm, Ratio Beerworks (2920 Larimer St). Same idea, different brewery, no pressure on pace.

Founders & Friends: Welcome to Denver, October 6th at 4pm, ID345 (3960 High St). A low-key way to meet people if you're new in town or just new to RiNo.

L'Apero de Denver French Happy Hour, October 8th at 7pm, rotating bars including Forest Room 5, Improper City, and Barcelona Wine Bar. French happy hour energy, wine in hand, zero pretension.
