New in Denver This Week (July 13)
The spots that just opened their doors to our directory and the events that just hit the calendar: your Monday briefing on what's new in Denver.
Monday means new stuff to add to your maps app and your "should I go to this" list. This week's directory additions lean hard into recovery and reformer Pilates (your body will thank you), plus a few nightlife spots worth actually leaving the house for.
On the events side, Red Rocks season is heating up, Bluebird's got a stacked run, and there's a farewell tour you don't want to sleep on. Let's get into it.
The New Spots
Infusion IV Lounge, Uptown. 248 reviews and a perfect 5/5, this is the spot people go when they need to feel human again fast.
Spa Juniper, CBD. A downtown Denver spa locals trust for real recovery, not just spa day selfies.
Done Deal By Troy Guard, CBD. 80 reviews in and already sitting at a flawless 5/5, this one's from a chef whose name you already know around town.
Whole Body Studios, Denver (Wash Park area). Pilates, barre, and yoga where the instructors actually pay attention, not just hit play on a workout playlist.
Arc Pilates and Movement, LoHi. Small class reformer Pilates with a 5 star reputation and zero gym intimidation.
Axis Pilates Denver, Cheesman Park. A calm, expert-led reformer studio with a perfect 5 star rating.
Jetset Pilates, RiNo. Another reformer studio joining the directory with a clean 5/5 across 76 reviews.
Invincible Vinyl, Denver. A listening bar where the sound system and record selection do all the talking.
Selah Coffee Co., Denver. 435 reviews and a 5/5 rating for a coffee cart operation that's clearly figured something out.
The Luxe Room, RiNo. RiNo's go-to for facials and injectables that feel luxe, not clinical, with a flawless 5 star reputation.
True Bliss Massage & Reiki, Uptown. Denver's go-to for real massage and reiki work, not spa-day fluff.
Denver Wine Merchant, Highland. A neighborhood wine shop and tasting bar for people who actually want to learn something while they drink.
Café Tres, RiNo/Five Points. A 4.9 rated coffee shop that locals treat like a second living room.
Mystic Lounge, Golden Triangle. A moody, ritual-worthy recovery spot for saunas, cold plunges, and actually slowing down.
Denver Sports Recovery, LoHi. Cold plunge, sauna, and compression therapy for Denver's run club and gym rats who actually recover.
Procession Coffee, Ballpark/Five Points. A no-fuss, high-skill coffee shop where the espresso does the talking.
Studio Friction, Denver. New to the directory with a strong 4.9 across 67 reviews.
Revive Bodywork, LoHi. Denver's go-to massage studio for real deep tissue relief, not just spa-day fluff.
Scr3am & Sugar Coffee Co., Platt Park. 293 reviews deep with a 4.9 rating, this one's earned its regulars.
Bear Creek Distillery, Platt Park. Small-batch Denver spirits with zero pretension and a 4.8 star cult following.
Just Announced
Run Around City Park, July 15, 6:30pm, meet at the NW corner of the museum parking lot. Free run club, easy way to make new friends who won't flake on you.
Space Yacht: Big Bass Ting, July 24, 10pm, The Church Nightclub. Bass heavy night in a venue literally built for it.
It's A 2000's Party, July 31, 9pm, Bluebird Theatre. Everything you're embarrassed to still know all the words to.
La Luz w/ Spacemoth, August 13, 8pm, Bluebird Theatre. A solid double bill if you're into guitar bands that don't sound like everything else on the radio.
City of the Sun, August 14, 8pm, Meow Wolf Denver. Instrumental trio show in one of the weirdest, most fun venues in the city.
Elephante, August 14, 10pm, The Basement at Club Vinyl. Late night dance set for people who like their Thursdays a little reckless.
ILLENIUM, August 19, 6pm, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Red Rocks plus ILLENIUM is basically a rite of passage at this point, get tickets before they're gone.
Little Feat: The Last Farewell Tour, August 22, 8pm, Paramount Theatre. This is genuinely your last shot to see them, don't wait on this one.
TOTO + Christopher Cross + The Romantics, August 22, 6:45pm, Ball Arena. A stacked classic rock bill for a Saturday night that doesn't need to be cool, just good.
5 Seconds of Summer: EVERYONE'S A STAR! World Tour, August 22, 6:50pm, JUNKYARD. If you were 14 in 2014, you already know if this is for you.
Colorado Rockies vs. Cleveland Guardians, August 22, 6:10pm, Coors Field. A summer night at the ballpark never needs an excuse.
Monty Python's Spamalot (Touring), August 22, 7:30pm, Buell Theatre. Genuinely funny theater, good pick for a date night that isn't dinner and a movie.
