New in Denver This Week (July 20)

The spots that just opened their doors to our directory and the events that just hit the calendar: your Monday briefing on what's new in Denver.

Quiet week on the new business front, but the events calendar just exploded with stuff worth blocking off dates for. Grab a coffee and let's get into it.

No new spots landed in the directory this week. We'll be back next Monday with fresh finds, promise.

The New Spots

Nothing new to report this week. Check /directory for everything we've already got on the books.

Just Announced

Central Park Store Run Club, tonight at 5:45pm at Runners Roost in Central Park. It's every Monday and it's genuinely for everyone, from first timers to people who actually race. Zero pressure, just show up.

Flashback: A 2010s EDM Tribute Party, July 31 at 10pm at Club Vinyl. If you peaked emotionally to Avicii and Swedish House Mafia, this one's for you.

NASA Artemis II Crew Event, August 3 at 8am at Red Rocks. Not your typical Red Rocks booking. Actual astronauts, actual venue, get there early.

Founders & Friends: Welcome to Denver, August 4 at 4pm at ID345. Good one if you're new in town or building something and want to meet people who get it.

Chicago & Styx: The Windy Cities Tour, August 28 at 7pm at Ball Arena. Two legacy rock acts, one ticket. Your parents will be jealous.

LIL WAYNE: 20 YEARS OF CARTER CLASSICS, August 29 at 7:30pm at JUNKYARD. Weezy running through the Carter catalog. This is going to sell out fast, don't sleep on it.

Thunder From Down Under, August 28 at 8pm at Paramount Theatre. Bachelorette party season is upon us and this is the move.

Tune-Yards, August 28 at 8pm at Meow Wolf Denver. Weird, danceable, and the venue itself is half the reason to go.

Emo Night Karaoke, August 28 at 8pm at Marquis. Scream every My Chemical Romance lyric you swore you forgot. You didn't forget them.

The Sword and Red Fang (16 and Over), August 28 at 8pm at Mission Ballroom. Heavy riffs, big room, bring earplugs if you're precious about your hearing.

The full directory lives at /directory and the calendar at /events.
