New in Denver This Week (August 31)

The spots that just opened their doors to our directory and the events that just hit the calendar: your Monday briefing on what's new in Denver.

Happy Monday, Denver. Another week, another stack of spots we just added to the directory, plus a heads up: nothing new got announced on the events front this week, which almost never happens, but hey, it happens.

So this one's all about the directory drop, and it's a big one. Twenty new listings, mostly gyms, spas, and shops that have clearly been putting in work for years before we finally caught up. Let's get into it.

The New Spots

YogaSix DTC, Denver. 5/5 (791 reviews). Six different yoga styles under one roof means you can go from gentle flow on Monday to heated sculpt on Wednesday without switching studios.

F45 Training Golden Triangle, Golden Triangle. 5/5 (87 reviews). Team-based HIIT where the workouts change daily and the group energy makes it way harder to bail halfway through.

Pure IV - Mobile IV Therapy - Denver, Denver. 5/5 (347 reviews). A nurse shows up at your door with a drip for altitude fatigue, hangovers, or whatever pre-event boost you need.

Pilates Mariposa, Five Points. 5/5 (51 reviews). Small reformer studio near City Park, hard workouts, real community, zero fluff.

Fern and Skye Gallery LLC, Baker. 5/5 (58 reviews). South Broadway shop full of local art, jewelry, and gifts that actually feel like someone made them, because someone did.

Raw Rituale Med Spa, Denver. 5/5 (123 reviews). Facials, injectables, and skin treatments locals actually trust, and the results back it up.

Plate Strength, West Highland. 5/5 (95 reviews). Strength-first gym in Sunnyside where lifting heavy is the whole point, not an afterthought.

TD Event Space, Central Park. 5/5 (74 reviews). A Central Park event space that's racked up 74 five-star reviews without most of the city knowing it exists yet.

FTF GOODS, RiNo. 5/5 (50 reviews). A RiNo shop with a perfect early review streak, worth a stop next time you're wandering the neighborhood.

Denver Kompound, RiNo. 5/5 (55 reviews). No-frills warehouse gym where strength training and actual community overlap.

Specialty Dripps by Afton, Denver. 5/5 (110 reviews). IV drips and recovery treatments for people who push hard and need to be functional the next day.

Après Govnr's Park, Capitol Hill. 4.9/5 (476 reviews). Cozy patio bar in Governor's Park that makes every night feel like a ski town reunion, minus the drive to the mountains.

The Terrorium Shop, Berkeley. 4.9/5 (717 reviews). A Berkeley shop for terrarium and plant people, and 717 reviews at 4.9 stars doesn't happen by accident.

303 Boards, Capitol Hill. 4.9/5 (674 reviews). Denver's go-to skate shop on Colfax, run by people who actually skate and actually care.

Spa In the City, Baker. 4.9/5 (76 reviews). No-frills, high-skill spa where the massages and facials actually deliver instead of just sounding nice on the menu.

Scarpaletto, LoDo. 4.9/5 (76 reviews). Family run downtown shoe shop with Italian leather boots and service that's basically extinct everywhere else.

Sweat Den, Platt Park. 4.9/5 (131 reviews). Infrared sauna and cold plunge on Pearl Street that Denver's recovery crowd won't stop talking about.

Pranava Massage, RiNo. 4.9/5 (206 reviews). A RiNo massage studio with 206 reviews at 4.9 stars, basically the neighborhood's default answer when your shoulders are wrecked.

HeadSpa Denver, Platt Park. 4.9/5 (98 reviews). Scalp massage and head spa near DU that resets more than just your hair.

Sole Cherry Creek, Cherry Creek. 4.9/5 (328 reviews). Sneaker shop where the staff actually knows how feet work, not just what's trending.
