Quiet week on the new business front, so this one's all about what just hit our events calendar. And honestly, the next few weeks are stacked: Red Rocks, Mission Ballroom, Ball Arena, and Levitt Pavilion all just dropped a ton of shows worth blocking off dates for.
No new spots to add to the directory this time around, but grab your calendar because ticket links for October just went live and some of these will move fast.
Just Announced
Beck: Ride Lonesome Tour, October 1 at 7:30pm, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. Beck at Red Rocks is one of those "why haven't I done this yet" nights. Get tickets before they're gone.
Rez Metal with Soulfly, Nailbomb, Incite, Project BC, Clay & Fire, and Hell Throne, October 1 at 7pm, Levitt Pavilion Denver. It's free, it's all ages, and it's rain or shine. Hard to beat a lineup this heavy for zero dollars.
Colorado Free Jam ft. Grahame Lesh & Friends, October 3 at 7pm, Levitt Pavilion Denver. Another free one in Levitt's fall series, this time leaning jam band. Bring a blanket and low expectations for parking.
Great American Beer Fest, October 10 at 7pm, Levitt Pavilion Denver. This is the first time GABF has done an open air version at Levitt, and it runs through October 11. If you like beer and being outside, this is your weekend.
Madeon, Mgna Crrrta, October 8 at 9pm, Mission Ballroom. Synthpop and electro house on a Thursday. Solid excuse to skip the gym.
Kacey Musgraves: Middle of Nowhere Tour, October 13 at 7:30pm, Ball Arena. She always puts on a full production, not just a woman and a guitar. Worth the arena price tag.
Rezz Rocks VIII, October 3 at 6pm, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Rezz at Red Rocks is basically an annual tradition at this point, and the visuals alone make it worth going even if EDM isn't usually your thing.
Phoebe Bridgers: The Lost Tour, October 19 at 7:30pm, Ball Arena. Bring tissues, bring a friend who won't judge you for crying at a concert.
The Smashing Pumpkins: The Rats In A Cage Tour, October 27 at 8pm, Ball Arena. If you grew up on Mellon Collie, this is the nostalgia trip you've been waiting for.
Dabin, William Black, Chyl, Frosttop, Paper Skies, November 6 at 6:30pm, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Future bass and melodic dubstep under the stars. Layer up, it gets cold at Red Rocks by November.
