Things to Do in Denver This Weekend (July 24–26)

Big weekend for going out. UMS takes over RiNo with a couple hundred bands, Red Rocks has three nights of shows back to back, and Club Vinyl and The Church are both stacked with DJs all three nights. Basically pick a lane (rock, country, house, indie) and there's a patio or a dance floor waiting for you.

Friday

Underground Music Showcase (UMS) 2026, RiNo Art District, starts July 24. Denver's indie fest just moved to RiNo after 20+ years on Broadway, 200+ bands across the neighborhood's bars and warehouses, so just wander and see what you stumble into.

Cross Canadian Ragweed, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 6:30pm. Red Dirt legends reuniting under the stars, this one will sell out, get tickets now if you're going.

Space Yacht: Big Bass Ting, The Church Nightclub, 10pm. Bass music in an actual former church with stained glass windows, the sound system alone is worth the cover.

Of Montreal, Bluebird Theatre, 8pm. Weird, theatrical indie rock in one of Denver's best sounding rooms, go if you like your shows a little unhinged.

option4 b2b Sonrizas, Club Vinyl, 10pm. Back to back house DJs on a downtown club floor, good pregame to the rest of your night.

Electric Feels: Indie Rock + Electronic Dance Party, Summit Music Hall, 9pm. 21+ dance party mixing indie hits with electronic sets, easy option if you don't want to commit to a full show.

Pat Green, Grizzly Rose, 8pm. Country night out at Denver's biggest honky tonk, boots optional but the two step floor gets crowded fast.

Saturday

Darius Rucker: Songs of Summer Tour, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 7pm. Old Crow Medicine Show opens, this is a Red Rocks summer staple and this one will sell out.

Olivia Dean: The Art of Loving Live, Ball Arena, 7:30pm. She's blowing up right now, expect this to sell out both nights.

Bonnie X Clyde, The Church Nightclub, 10pm. Duo DJ set in the same converted church as Friday's show, good if you want two nights out at the same spot.

The Widdler, Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom, 8:30pm. Bass heavy night in one of the best sounding rooms in Denver for that kind of thing, 16 and over.

Cracker, Bluebird Theatre, 8pm. 90s alt rock nostalgia night, "Low" still slaps live, 16 and over.

Uncle Lucius with Keyland, Ophelia's Electric Soapbox, 8pm. Texas rock/soul band, this room has a great upstairs bar if you need a break from the crowd.

Cumbiatron: The Cumbia Rave, Summit Music Hall, 8pm. 21+ cumbia dance party, high energy, come ready to actually dance not just stand around.

Sunday

SOMBR with King Princess, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 7pm. Both of these artists are having a huge year, this one will sell out.

Olivia Dean: The Art of Loving Live, Ball Arena, 7:30pm. Second night, same deal, grab tickets if you missed Saturday.

Golden Girls Drag Brunch, Denver Improv, 2pm. Exactly what it sounds like, day drinking with a drag show built in, great way to ease into Sunday.

Salsa & Bachata Sundays, La Rumba, 7pm. Free-ish lessons early then the floor opens up, come solo and you'll still have partners all night.

Vacation Manor, Marquis, 7pm. Chill rock show to close out the weekend without another late night.

ATRIP, Laurence Guy, Monty Kiddo, Club Vinyl, 1pm. Daytime house set if you want to dance before the sun goes down instead of after.

Free This Weekend

November Project Denver Friday Workout, rotating parks, 6:15am. Free group workout, location drops on IG/FB Thursday, good way to earn Friday's drinks in advance.

Citius RC Friday Breakfast Club Social Run, rotating coffee shops, 6am. Easy pace social run that ends in coffee, low pressure way to start the weekend.

Cherry Creek Fresh Market, Cherry Creek Shopping Center (Steele St. side), Saturday 9am to 2pm. Solid produce and food stalls if you want to walk off Friday night before the next round.

Union Station Farmers Market, Denver Union Station Plaza, Saturday 8am to 1pm. Grab coffee and wander the stalls right downtown, easy pre-brunch stop.

South Pearl Street Farmers Market, S. Pearl St. between Iowa and Arkansas, Sunday 9am to 1pm. Good mix of produce, food trucks, and patio bars nearby for the aftermath.

Highlands Farmers Market, Highlands Square, Sunday 9am to 1pm. Walk it with an iced coffee, then hit one of the patios on 32nd for the rest of the afternoon.
