There are sunrise workouts, and then there is flowing through a vinyasa with 2,000 strangers as the sun comes up over Red Rocks. Sessions sell out in minutes, run $23 individually or $138 for a six-pack, and the post-class Vendor Village makes a morning of it. 2026 brings 12 Saturday sessions from May 30 through August 29, 7 to 8 am. Doors open at 6 am.
