New in Denver This Week (August 3)

The spots that just opened their doors to our directory and the events that just hit the calendar: your Monday briefing on what's new in Denver.

Monday means fresh intel, and this week's haul is heavy on sweat, vinyl, and secondhand denim. We combed through everything that landed in the directory over the last seven days plus the concerts and events just added to the calendar, so you don't have to.

Grab a coffee and scroll. Some of these spots have been around forever, they're just new to us. Others are shows you'll want tickets for before your group chat beats you to it.

The New Spots

CrossFit Cuspis, West Highland, Move, 5/5 (90 reviews). A no-nonsense box where the coaching is sharp and people actually show up for each other, not just the workout.

Better Buzz Yoga & Wellness, Sunnyside, Wellness & Fitness, 5/5 (115 reviews). A Sunnyside studio locals have quietly stacked five stars onto, worth a look if you're hunting for a new mat spot.

The Shop Outpost, East Colfax, Shopping & Markets, 5/5 (546 reviews). Barbershop, coffee bar, and plant shop under one Colfax roof, and it feels more like a hangout than an errand.

BLOCK21 Fitness, Golden Triangle, Move, 5/5 (134 reviews). A community-first gym where the coaches actually know your name and the workouts hold up.

Endorphin Broadway, Platt Park, Move, 5/5 (118 reviews). A South Broadway studio with tough workouts and enough community energy that you'll keep coming back.

New Level Jiu-Jitsu, Platt Park, Move, 5/5 (75 reviews). A no-ego BJJ gym on Broadway where beginners get real coaching instead of getting tossed to the wolves.

CrossFit Cherry Creek, Cherry Creek, Move, 5/5 (98 reviews). Tight-knit, sharp coaching, and the kind of gym where people notice if you skip a week.

Fever Dream Vintage & Modern, City Park, Shopping & Markets, 5/5 (232 reviews). Tightly picked vintage and modern clothing on Colfax for when you actually want your fit to hit.

Mighty Movement, Park Hill, Move, 5/5 (148 reviews). A Park Hill studio where you build real strength and, somehow, real friendships too.

Intune Wellness, RiNo, Wellness & Fitness, 5/5 (77 reviews). Breathwork and sound healing that actually does what it promises: calms your nervous system down.

Yoga Box, Cherry Creek, Wellness & Fitness, 5/5 (218 reviews). Heated classes and teachers who remember your name, which is rarer than it should be.

Hydrate IV Bar, Cherry Creek, Wellness & Fitness, 5/5 (294 reviews). The go-to for IV drips and vitamin therapy, whether it's a hangover, a workout, or the altitude finally getting you.

Base6 Fitness, City Park, Move, 5/5 (111 reviews). A Colfax strength and conditioning gym where the coaching and the community both actually mean something.

Fight Gravity Fitness, RiNo, Move, 5/5 (122 reviews). Personal training where the coaches know your goals, not just your membership number.

Rooftopsound Records, Denver, Shopping & Markets, 5/5 (108 reviews). A vinyl shop with a five star reputation and crates deep enough to lose an afternoon in.

Lagree Luxe Golden Triangle, Golden Triangle, Wellness & Fitness, 5/5 (284 reviews). A megaformer studio that turns ten minutes into a full body shake.

YogaSix Northfield, Central Park, Wellness & Fitness, 5/5 (203 reviews). Six class styles under one roof, so there's a version for every mood and every body.

Adults & Crafts, Five Points, Shopping & Markets, 5/5 (63 reviews). Wine-fueled craft classes for a fun night out, not a Pinterest fail you have to explain later.

Fit Collective Denver, Five Points, Move, 5/5 (170 reviews). Small group training where the coaches know your name and your bad knee.

Lōgōs Jiu Jitsu, Baker, Move, 5/5 (317 reviews). A jiu jitsu academy on Santa Fe with a perfect rating and a community that shows up for each other, on and off the mats.
